Advantest Corporation

The Semiconductor Test Consortium (STC) was established in 2002 by a group of companies that included Advantest as one of the founding members. The STC was the first international, industry-wide collaboration aimed at developing a highly scalable, flexible test platform to reduce the cost of testing SoCs and other advanced integrated circuits (ICs) that incorporate complex technologies such as copper interconnects, sub-100 nm device geometries, and 300mm wafers.
